How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 to several weeks.
Customer Satisfaction is our highest priority. We offer a 100% moneyback guarantee if your are not fully satisfied with any of our products. If you have an allergic response, contact us for a replacement. We can be reached Monday to Friday 9 am to 4:30 pm PST, through our Contact Us page and we will help with any issues or concerns. We strive to answer emails within 48 hours on business days.
International Shipping
We ship globally with just a couple of exceptions.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to the UK due to Brexit challenges. We also are not able to ship to the UAE due to packages being lost and never arriving.
We are currently working on increasing our international availability through Amazon International marketplaces to make it easier for our wonderful international Blissettes and Blissette Mr./Mx. to be able to purchase our products. However, it's a very tedious process with a lot of "hurry up and wait." Thank you for your patience!
To calculate shipping, put the items in your shopping cart, enter your postal code, and the system will calculate the shipping charge before asking for payment.
Customs Duties
ALL Duty fees, Customs, VAT, Import Taxes, or other point of entry charges for shipments to foreign countries outside of the continental United States that may be owed to that foreign country or its tax authority are to be paid by the customer or recipient of the International shipment.
International purchasers will need to contact their customs office for up to date duty and tax information.
