How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 to several weeks.
Customer Satisfaction is our highest priority. We offer a 100% moneyback guarantee if your are not fully satisfied with any of our products. If you have an allergic response, contact us for a replacement. We can be reached Monday to Friday 9 am to 4:30 pm PST, through our Contact Us page and we will help with any issues or concerns. We strive to answer emails within 48 hours on business days.
International Shipping Update
Due to new GST requirements, tariffs, and rising cross-border shipping complexity, Bliss Kiss is no longer able to ship orders directly outside the United States. 😭
We know this is disappointing, especially for customers who have trusted us with their nail care for years. This was not a decision we made lightly. The added costs, paperwork, and compliance requirements have become more than our small team can reliably manage while still keeping orders accurate and affordable.
For now, orders can be shipped to U.S. addresses only. Some international customers may choose to use a trusted friend, family member, or freight-forwarding service with a U.S. shipping address.
